Guidlines:

When receiving a delivery via our truck, please read carefully the following important requirements:

• Authorized signature / We will let you know the delivery time-frame in advance, please make sure that someone is there to sign for the delivery acknowledgment.
• Unloading / Our deliveries are curbside only. Condition permitting, our truck will back in to closest cleared area to unload the products for your convenience.
• Assistance / According to load size and weight, please have available on-site the right amount of help to insure a smooth delivery process.
• Parking Limitations / If there is a no parking or standing zone at the delivery address, please advise in advance of any alternative receiving area you might have. Otherwise, you need to have enough people to unload without our driver leaving the truck.

When receiving a delivery via freight carrier, please read carefully the process information and requirements:

Estimate / When shipping outside the New York Tri-State area, please proceed to checkout and submit your cart to our custom quote option and we will calculate an accurate fright estimate according to your order size, weight and destination and then reply with the estimated amount for the shipping and handling cost and delivery time for your order. Please note that this is for quoting purposes only, actual price may vary at the time of final order.

Carrier Rules / All residential addresses are standard curbside delivery only, and the customer is responsible to remove and unload the pallet from the truck, please note that the driver is not our employee and is employed by the third party carrier and they are not required to assist with the unloading process. If you don’t have any machine power at the delivery location, depending on your load type and size typically the pallet can easily be opened on the truck and taken off piece by piece in a timely manner with the right amount of people, accordingly. Please specify if you prefer additional services like a lift-gate or inside delivery available for your convenience at an additional cost.

Tracking Information / Shipping carriers may vary by destination and regions, once the order ships we will send you the carrier name, scheduled delivery time and tracking information.

Delivery Process / Please provide a number where the carrier will be able to reach you right away during the time of transit. Once the package is at the nearest warehouse next to your location, they will call ahead on the number you provided to schedule a drop-off time, please note that they will not proceed before they are able to get in touch with you. Unless you specified for a lift gate or any other special services, when scheduling a time with the carrier please have in mind to know how you will or have help to unload the pallet at the time that you schedule with them, or notify your contractor if you are using one.
