Cancelation & Returns:

Following are the product rules depending of the status listed on the product:

• Built-to-order / All Sales are final. As we strive to give you the best online experience enabling to create orders built directly to your preference, please make sure you confirmed all your specifications before you place the order there is no cancellation or returns once the order is placed.
• Special Order / As we try to keep are prices low and pass on the saving directly to you, we only stock limited amount of everyday items and all others are shipped from our vendors to your specific order, contact us to see return availability depending on the product purchased.
• In-stock / Items stocked and shipped directly from our warehouse, if in sellable condition are returnable within 30 days of purchase date with a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Rules:

Please Note: For your convenience, identical products made by different brand-name manufacturers at the same price are listed as one product and is listed in the product title in prentices after the item name and we will and reserve the right to ship the one in-stock at the time of shipping, unless specified request for specific brand only.

Interior Doors:

- Double Doors / Due to oversized width - when shipping via Freight, will be shipped knocked down (KD) only. Doors are machined and prepared for double configuration and could easily be assembled by connecting jambs.

Moulding:

- Linear Feet (LF) /  Total amount will be rounded off to closest linear feet available. Example: When ordering 30 feet, and specific profile ordered comes in 16 footers only, total amount will automatically be charged for 32 linear feet.

Beta Version:

As we are raising the bar in bringing never seen before options to the online home improvement industry, please pardon our appearance as we are still in a beta version and hold all the rights to change with your permission and correct any errors that may occur as the following with but not limited to situations.

Still, peace of mind / Therefore all orders are started with a "pending" status and once everything is double checked by our team of professionals it only then goes in to the "processing" status if everything is accurate, otherwise we will contact you either by email or telephone and if anything does not meet your expectations the order will be canceled with no payment ever processed.

• Availability / We try to correctly identify all item's lead time, if any error we will notify you before processing the order about any adjusted turn-around.
  
• Pricing / We don't just generalize a product and include all possible options in it, as an effort to give you the best price with all the upgrades you do or don't want in a item we built a pricing system for every option separately. If any technical error occurred during generating your bottom-line amount we will confirm if you agree to price change before processing your order.
• Shipping / As described in our shipping overview, if any product wasn't correctly identified by our system to the correct group or weight we will notify you about delivery method and charges before processing the order.
